OperArt - Seven Angels

OperArt is an interdisciplinary performance initiative I designed to connect wider audiences with Opera by bringing it into museum spaces. 

The first project was at the Victoria and Albert Museum in London. Jonathan Dove's Seven Angels was presented among Mediaeval altar pieces, sculpture, paintings, and a reconstruction of a Florentine Chapel.

Music, Story and Art mirrored each other, in a Chamber Opera that explores the life and struggle of the painter Piero Della Francesca.
